How do I join the server?

Add the Java IP or the Bedrock IP and port shown on the home page. Both platforms play on the same world.

How long until my purchase arrives?

Packages are delivered within a minute of checkout. If the account is offline they are held and applied the next time you log in.

I bought a rank but did not receive it.

Rejoin once, then open a ticket on Discord with your username and the Tebex transaction ID. Staff will fix it quickly.

Do Bedrock players need a prefix?

Use your gamertag on the login page. The store adds the dot prefix for you.

Can I get a refund?

Digital goods are generally non-refundable once delivered. Contact us on Discord if something went wrong.

Is the store official?

Yes. This is the only official store. Never buy from third-party sellers.

How do I appeal a punishment?

Open a ticket in Discord with your username and the reason you were given. Read the Punishments page first.
